White Button Mushroom Growing Kit ~ Makes it Easy to Grow Your Fresh Shrooms! Fun for The Whole Family!

Since March of 2004 Bob and Wendy have been growing mushrooms organically for the Missouri Ozarks. The 12″ by 12″ kit offered weighs 12 to 14 lbs and can produce up to 4 lbs of mushrooms all through the 6-8 week growing cycle. Once the mushrooms emerge they double in size every 24 hours! So much fun to watch for children as well as adults. Makes a Terrific Science project. Great for the Home School as well as in the Science Classroom (ANY age group!). This beginners kit comes with instructions, colonized growing medium and the casing layer YOU get to mix with water and apply. We have been making kits for over 15 years and provide detailed instructions to make it fun and easy so that you can Grow Mushrooms! Please note: Kits are shipped every Monday Morning. ~ Our growing instructions including photos are on our website. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you could have along the way via Email or Amazon’s message board. Feel free to send photos and ask questions. We love to interact with our ‘growers’. We check for and respond to messages all the way through the day. We are happy to work with you to help decide and fix anything that may go ‘not moderately as planned’ along the way. When people have contacted us to troubleshooted in a timely manner – together we have reached success! The growing medium you receive is pulled directly from our farms growing beds. We keep logs to know which crop your kit came from so we may better assist you. We have never had this occur – then again, If we experience a problem with any particular crop we will be able to contact you to mean you can know if there are any special handling instructions for it or if necessary, send a replacement. Likewise, if all through our troubleshooting conversations we decide it is best to send a replacement we will be able to do so.

Kits ship each Monday Morning. Indoor Growing Fun! Takes up 12 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch high space. No light needed. Growing Temperature: between 63-68 degrees F (65 being optimal).
